CCH890/1 is a dual-coil DC brushless motor (fan) driver IC. The product is designed and manufactured based on advanced BiCMOS process technology, and internally integrates a Hall sensor, dynamic offset cancellation module, Hall reference voltage source, oscillator, sample-and-hold circuit, and power output stage. The output stage has a peak current output capability of 1.2A and a continuous output current of up to 600mA. CCH890/1 features speed counting (CCH890) and stall detection (CCH891) functions. The open-drain output makes the product more convenient when connecting to external interfaces. CCH890/1 is available in TO-94 and SOT335 packages, both compliant with ROHS certification.
