The CCH284 is an intelligent dual-coil brushless DC motor (fan) driver. The product is manufactured using advanced BiCMOS process technology, featuring high sensitivity consistency and excellent temperature stability. The CCH284 includes a Hall effect sensor, a dynamic offset cancellation module, an open-drain power output stage, and built-in power tube clamp protection. The CCH284 has a stall protection function; when the fan is blocked, the stall protection function is activated to prevent the fan from being damaged by overheating. The CCH284 is available in TO-94 and SOT335 packages. Both packages are ROHS compliant.
