SFL671
The SFL671 is a high-performance, highly integrated QR (Quasi-Resonant mode) and Primary Side Regulation (PSR) controller designed for LED lighting applications. The SFL671 features proprietary Super-QR/PSR™ technology for high efficiency and low EMI. The IC also incorporates AC and output compensation for excellent CC performance. The SFL671 includes cable voltage drop compensation for excellent CV performance. The SFL671 integrates under-voltage lockout (UVLO), VDD over-voltage protection (VDD OVP), output over-voltage protection (Output OVP), soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), pin float protection, gate clamping, and VDD clamping functions and protections. The SFL671 is available in a SOT23-6 package.
