SFL100
The SFL100 is a highly integrated solution for SMPS applications requiring dual control loops to perform CV (constant voltage) and CC (constant current) regulation. The SFL100 has a wide VCC operating range (3.3V to 36V). The IC integrates a 1.21V reference voltage source with ±1% accuracy, two operational amplifiers (with OR-d open-drain outputs), and a low-side current sensing circuit. The reference voltage source and one operational amplifier form the core of the voltage control loop; the current sensing circuit and the other operational amplifier constitute the current control loop. The SFL100 is packaged in a SOT23-6 package.
