SF6777
General Description SF6777V is a high-performance, highly integrated QR (Quasi-Resonant Mode) and Primary Side Regulation (PSR) power switch suitable for offline low-power converter applications. SF6777V features proprietary Super-QR/PSR™ technology for high efficiency and low EMI, ensuring the system meets EPS Class 6 energy standards. The IC also incorporates cable voltage drop compensation for excellent CV performance. SF6777V uses multi-mode control to improve efficiency and reliability and reduce audio noise energy @ light load. SF6777V also integrates a "maximum frequency clamp @ output short circuit" function to limit the power MOSFET Vds spike when an output short circuit occurs. SF6777V integrates functions and protections such as FB short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), output overvoltage protection (output OVP), soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), pin float protection, and VDD clamp. SF6777V is available in a SOP7 package.
