SF6773V
The SF6773V is a high-performance, highly integrated QR (Quasi-Resonant Mode) and Primary Side Regulation (PSR) power switch suitable for offline low-power converter applications. The SF6773V features proprietary Super-QR/PSR™ technology for high efficiency and low EMI, ensuring the system meets EPS Class 6 energy standards. The IC also incorporates cable voltage drop compensation for excellent CV performance. The SF6773V uses multi-mode control to improve efficiency and reliability and reduce audio noise energy at light loads. The SF6773V also integrates a "maximum frequency clamping @ output short circuit" function to limit the power MOSFET Vds spike during an output short circuit. The SF6773V integrates FB short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), output overvoltage protection, soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), pin float protection, VDD clamping, and other functions and protections. The SF6773V is available in a SOP7 package.
