SF6772V
The SF6772V is a high-performance, highly integrated QR (quasi-resonant mode) and primary-side regulation (PSR) power switch suitable for offline small-power converter applications. The SF6772V features a proprietary Super-QR/PSRTM series control for high efficiency and low EMI, ensuring the system meets EPS Level 6 energy standards. The IC also includes cable drop compensation for excellent CV performance. The SF6772V uses multi-mode control to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce audio noise energy at light loads. The SF6772V also integrates a "maximum frequency clamp @ output short circuit" feature to limit power MOSFET Vds spikes when an output short circuit occurs. The SF6772V integrates functions and protections such as FB short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), output overvoltage protection (Output OVP), soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), pin floating protection, and VDD clamp. The SF6772V is available in a SOP7 package.
