SF6771S
General Description SF6771S is a high-performance, highly integrated QR (Quasi-Resonant Mode) and Primary Side Regulation (PSR) controller for offline low-power converter applications. SF6771S features proprietary Super-QR/PSR™ technology for high efficiency and low EMI. Standby power is less than 75mW @230VAC. Therefore, this IC can easily meet the EPS 6 level energy standard. The IC also incorporates cable voltage drop compensation for excellent CV performance. SF6771S integrates under-voltage lockout (UVLO), VDD over-voltage protection (VDD OVP), soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), pin float protection, gate clamping, VDD clamping, and other functions and protections. SF6771S is available in a SOT23-6 package
