SF60686
The SF60686 is a high-precision, highly integrated DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode) primary-side regulation (PSR) power switch suitable for offline low-power converter applications. It integrates a power BJT to further reduce system cost. The SF60686 integrates proprietary NC-Cap/super-QR/PSR-IITM series control for CV control, eliminating the need for external compensation or filter capacitors. Built-in cable voltage drop compensation provides excellent CV performance. The IC uses multi-mode control to improve efficiency and reliability and reduce audio noise energy @ light load. The SF60686 integrates proprietary "audio noise reduction" control to achieve audio noise-free operation. The IC features built-in "fast dynamic response" control to meet USB charging requirements. The SF60686 also integrates proprietary "zero-output start" control to enable startup when the output voltage is near zero. The IC features proprietary "intelligent output short-circuit protection" to protect systems with large leakage inductance during output short circuits. The SF60686 integrates FB short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), VOUT overvoltage protection (VOUT OVP), output overcurrent protection (OLP), output short-circuit protection (SCP), soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), pin float protection, and VDD clamping functions and protections. The SF60686 is available in an SOP8 package.
