It is a synchronous step-down regulator with an output current of up to 3.1A.
The SP1082F is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down chip with a wide input voltage range. It can continuously output 2.4A current within an input range of 8V~32V and has good load regulation and line regulation.
The switching frequency of the SP1082F is adjustable from 60kHz to 1000kHz, meeting the requirements of various applications and EMI requirements.
The internal compensation design of the SP1082F requires only a small number of easily obtainable standard external components, providing fast transient response and easy loop stability.
The SP1082F has built-in comprehensive protection mechanisms, including input overvoltage/undervoltage protection, output overvoltage/undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. It also has a built-in soft-start function to suppress inrush current during startup.
The SP1082F is suitable for DC/DC switching power supplies that require current limiting. This product uses an SOP-8L package and requires only a few external components during operation.
