Chip Description
The EG3001 is a single-channel, cost-effective dedicated chip for driving the gate or base of power MOSFETs or high-power bipolar transistors. It integrates input logic signal processing circuitry, SD fast shutdown processing circuitry, and a high-current output drive circuit. It is specifically designed for use as a power MOSFET driver in power converters and motor controllers. The EG3001 has a wide operating voltage range of 3V～30V and low static power consumption of only 2mA. Its output structure features independent source current OUTD and sink current OUTS pins, allowing independent adjustment of the rise and fall times of the input to the MOSFET gate.
