EG3002
Chip Description EG3002 is a single-channel, cost-effective dedicated chip for driving the gate of power MOSFETs or high-power bipolar transistors. It integrates input logic signal processing circuits, a fast comparator, an SD fast shutdown processing circuit, and a high-current output drive circuit. It is specifically designed for power MOSFET drivers in power converters and motor controllers. The EG3002 has a wide operating voltage range of 3V～30V and low static power consumption of only 2mA. Its output structure features independent source current (OUTD) and sink current (OUTS) pins, allowing for independent adjustment of the rise and fall times of the input signal to the MOSFET gate.
