Chip Description
The EG3003 is a cost-effective dual-channel high-power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver IC. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, dead-time control circuits, undervoltage lockout circuits, latch circuits, and output driver circuits for use in motor controllers, power supplies, and transformer driver circuits.
The EG3003 has a supply voltage range of 11V～20V and a static power consumption of less than 100uA. The chip has a latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. The input channel INA has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor. INB It has a built-in 5V pull-up resistor, which keeps the power MOSFETs off when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO+/-1/1.5A, and it uses an SOP8 package.
