Chip Description
The EG2131 is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, dead-time control circuits, undervoltage shutdown circuits, latch circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output drive circuits. It is specifically designed for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The EG2131 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 300V and a wide low-end Vcc supply voltage range of 11V～20V, with a static power consumption of less than 100uA. This chip has a latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power tubes. The input channel HIN has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor. LIN A 5V pull-up resistor is built-in. When the input is floating, the upper and lower power MOS tubes are turned off. The output current capability is IO+/-1/1.5A, using SOP8 packaging.
