Chip Description
The EG2133 is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, dead-time control circuits, interlock circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output drive circuits.
The EG2133 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 300V and a wide VCC power supply voltage range of 4.5V～20V. The chip has an interlock function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power tubes. The input channels HIN and LIN have built-in pull-down and pull-up resistors, which keep the upper and lower power MOS tubes off when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO+1.2A/-1.4A, and it uses a TSSOP20 package.
