Chip Description
The EG2125 is a cost-effective full-bridge driver chip with two comparator functions. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, SD control circuits, undervoltage lockout circuits, interlock circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output driver circuits.
The EG2125 has a high-end operating voltage of up to 600V and a wide low-end VCC power supply voltage range of 10V～20V, with low static power consumption. The chip has an interlock function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power transistors. The input channels HIN and LIN have built-in 250K pull-down resistors, which turn off the upper and lower power MOS tubes when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO+/- 0.8/1.3A, and it uses an SSOP24 package.
