Chip Description
The EG2334 is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates logic signal input processing circuits, dead-time control circuits, interlock circuits, level shift circuits, pulse filtering circuits, and output drive circuits.
The EG2334 has a high-end working voltage of up to 600V and a wide low-end VCC power supply voltage range of 4.5V～20V. The chip has an interlock function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power tubes. The input channels HIN and LIN have built-in pull-down resistors, which turn off the upper and lower power MOS tubes when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO+1.2A/-1.4A, and it uses a SOP20 package.
