EG2136
Chip Description The EG2136 is a three-phase gate drive circuit for high-voltage, high-speed power devices such as N-type power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It mainly contains three independent half-bridge drive circuits. A built-in dead time ensures that the upper and lower bridge arms of the power tube will not conduct simultaneously. Built-in input signal filtering prevents noise interference. External enable control is provided to simultaneously shut down the six-channel outputs. In addition, it has undervoltage protection and overcurrent protection functions, immediately shutting down the six-channel outputs in case of an abnormality.
