Chip Description
The EG2126 is a cost-effective, high-power MOS tube and IGBT gate drive chip. It integrates a 5V LDO, an operational amplifier, a comparator, logic signal input processing circuit, dead-time control circuit, interlock circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit, and output drive circuit, making it more suitable for full-bridge topology circuits.
The EG2126 has a high-end working voltage of up to 600V and a wide low-end Vcc power supply voltage range of 2.8V～20V. The chip has an interlock function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the output power tubes. The input channels HIN and LIN have a built-in pull-down resistor, which turns off the upper and lower power MOS tubes when the input is floating. The output current capability is IO+2.0A/-2.0A, and it uses an SOP28L package.
