LP35102 is a high-performance, high-voltage secondary synchronous rectifier control chip compatible with various switch-mode power supply control systems. LP35102 supports multiple operating modes, including DCM and CCM. LP35102 uses patented rectifier tube turn-on technology to effectively prevent erroneous turn-on of the driver chip caused by magnetic oscillation. LP35102 has an extremely fast turn-off speed, significantly reducing efficiency losses caused by turn-off delay under CCM operating conditions. LP35102 uses an output voltage direct supply method for the output end, capable of driving high-threshold NMOS. LP35102 is packaged in SOT23-6L.
