CN2626
Overview: CN2626 is a low-noise linear voltage regulator IC with a maximum output current of 1 ampere. It provides an output voltage accuracy of ±1% within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 6V. At 1 ampere output, CN2626 requires only a 300mV voltage drop. The CN2626 operating current is only 410µA and is independent of the input-output voltage difference. CN2626 uses a fixed output voltage, available in 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.3V, 4.0V, and 5.0V options. CN2626 has a constant current mode for setting the maximum output current. In case of a short circuit, the output current is 10% of the set constant current. Additionally, CN2626 uses temperature modulation, not temperature protection. When the junction temperature of CN2626 rises to near 130℃ due to excessive power consumption or high ambient temperature, the temperature modulation circuit will reduce the output current to prevent further temperature increase. Other features include an internal soft-start circuit, output overcurrent protection, and chip enable. CN2626 is available in a heat-enhanced SOP8 package.
