CN5120
Overview: CN5120 is a current mode, fixed frequency boost, or flyback DC-DC converter control integrated circuit. The input voltage range of CN5120 is 4.5V to 32V, with few external components and simple application. CN5120 includes a bandgap reference voltage, a 330KHz oscillator, a current mode control unit, a chip shutdown circuit, a soft start circuit, and a gate drive circuit. Current mode control improves the system's transient response and simplifies loop compensation. The soft-start circuit inside the chip reduces the inrush current during power-on. Other functions include chip shutdown function, output overvoltage protection function, built-in 5V voltage regulator and slope compensation. CN5120 is available in a 10-pin SSOP package.
