CN5305
Overview CN5305 is a simple and easy-to-use PFM mode boost DC-DC converter control integrated circuit, especially suitable for low-cost and miniaturized applications. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 6.5V, and the output voltage is fixed at 5V with an accuracy of ±1%. CN5305 has an operating current of only 32µA at 5V input voltage, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. CN5305 uses a PFM operating mode and can achieve good conversion efficiency over a wide range of input voltages and output currents. The on-time and off-time of the external N-channel MOSFET are also fully optimized, making it very suitable for miniaturization of inductors and filter capacitors. The chip enable input allows CN5305 to enter a very low-power shutdown mode. CN5305 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package.
