CN5820
Overview: CN5820 is a step-down constant current high-brightness LED driver integrated circuit operating from 4V to 28V. The LED current is set by an external current sensing resistor with an accuracy of up to 5%. The LED brightness can be adjusted via the DIM pin, using either PWM dimming or analog dimming. Due to its hysteretic control method, the CN5820 has a very fast response speed to load transients and a high input voltage suppression ratio. The inductor current ripple is 20%. The maximum operating frequency is up to 1MHz. The operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 85℃. CN5820 is available in a 6-pin SOT23 package.
