Product Description
SP6568AFB is a high-performance synchronous rectifier control circuit for secondary-side switching power supplies. In low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications, it easily meets Tier 6 energy efficiency requirements and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices. The chip supports switching frequencies up to 150KHz and supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. The extremely low conduction voltage drop results in significantly lower power loss compared to Schottky diodes, greatly improving system conversion efficiency and significantly reducing rectifier device temperature.
The chip incorporates high-voltage direct detection technology with a voltage rating up to 150V; and self-powered technology greatly expands the output voltage application range.
