Product Description
The SP6530 is a high-performance synchronous rectifier control circuit for secondary-side switching power supplies. In low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications, it easily meets Level 6 energy efficiency requirements and is an ideal solution for ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectifier devices. The chip supports switching frequency applications up to 150KHz and supports switching power supply operating modes such as CCM/QR/DCM. The extremely low conduction voltage drop results in significantly lower power loss compared to Schottky diodes, greatly improving system conversion efficiency and significantly reducing rectifier device temperature. The peak current drive capability of up to 1A ensures fast turn-on and turn-off of external high-current MOSFET devices, achieving excellent conversion efficiency. The output voltage clamping function ensures the gate remains safe and reliable under high supply voltages.
