The CC6410/1 is a high-performance single-coil DC brushless motor (fan) driver IC. This IC is manufactured using an advanced high-voltage BiCMOS process, optimized for Hall sensors and motor drives. The chip includes a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, a chopper offset cancellation module, a Hall temperature compensation unit, a voltage regulator, and a low RDSON full-bridge driver, etc. The CC6410/1 integrates a stall protection function; when the fan stalls, it automatically stops supplying power to the coil and enters the self-start state, thereby reducing power consumption during fan jamming and ensuring that the fan will not burn out during a stall, greatly improving fan reliability. The CC6410/1 integrates reverse connection protection, eliminating the need for external reverse connection protection diodes, saving costs for customers. The CC6410/1 has speed detection (CC6410) and stall detection (CC6411) functions, and its open-drain output facilitates connection with external interfaces. The CC6410/1 is available in a SOT335 package and operates over a temperature range of -40~125°C.
