CC6922
The CC6922 is a high-performance Hall effect current sensor that can more effectively measure DC or AC current. It features high accuracy, linearity, and good temperature stability, making it widely used in industrial, consumer, and communication equipment. The CC6922 integrates a high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuit and a low-impedance main current conductor. The input current flows through the internal 0.3mΩ conductor, and the resulting magnetic field induces a corresponding electrical signal on the Hall circuit. This signal is then processed by the internal circuitry to output a voltage signal, making the product easy to use. The low-impedance conductor minimizes power loss and heat dissipation, and the inherent internal insulation provides a 5000VRMS insulation voltage between the input current path and the secondary circuit. The chip is manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process and includes a differential Hall sensor, chopper amplifier, variable gain amplifier, output polarity/sensitivity/offset/common-mode rejection interface, oscillator, filter, zero-point reference output, overcurrent output, and amplifier buffer output, etc. The sensor uses linear Hall sensor temperature compensation technology and has high temperature stability. The integrated differential common-mode rejection circuit in the CC6922 allows the chip output to be unaffected by external interfering magnetic signals; the integrated dynamic offset cancellation circuit ensures that the chip's sensitivity is not affected by external pressure and chip packaging stress. Another advantage of the CC6922 is its open-drain output fast fault monitoring function, which is ideal for overcurrent fault detection. This function offers flexible application in fault detection, greatly simplifying circuit board layout. The reference voltage (VREF) allows for differential measurements and setting the reference voltage (VOC) for the overcurrent fault threshold. The CC6922 is available in a SOP16W package, has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and complies with RoHS regulations.
