CC6921B

The CC6921B is a high-performance Hall effect current sensor that can more effectively measure DC or AC current. It features high accuracy, excellent linearity, and temperature stability, and is widely used in industrial, consumer, and communication equipment. The CC6921B integrates a high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuit and a low-impedance main current conductor. The input current flows through the internal 0.45mΩ conductor, and the resulting magnetic field induces a corresponding electrical signal on the Hall circuit. After internal processing, a voltage signal is output, making the product easy to use. The low-impedance conductor minimizes power loss and heat dissipation, and the internal inherent insulation provides a basic operating isolation voltage of 1000VRMS and an insulation withstand voltage of 3750V (AC) between the input current path and the secondary circuit. The linear Hall circuit is manufactured using an advanced BiCMOS process and includes a high-sensitivity Hall sensor component, a Hall signal preamplifier, a common-mode magnetic field suppression circuit, a temperature compensation unit, an oscillator, a dynamic offset elimination circuit, and an amplifier output module. With no current, the static output is 50%VCC. The integrated differential common-mode suppression circuit in the CC6921B allows the chip output to be unaffected by external interfering magnetic signals; the integrated dynamic offset elimination circuit ensures that the IC's sensitivity is not affected by external pressure and IC packaging stress. The CC6921B is available in a SOP16W package, with an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and is RoHS compliant.
