QX7136
QX7136 is an output current adjustable, low dropout LED constant current driver. It only requires one external resistor and one NMOS transistor to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit. Adjusting this external resistor can adjust the output current, with an adjustable range from 100mA to 3000mA.
QX7136 has a built-in over-temperature protection function, which can effectively protect the chip and prevent damage due to overheating when the temperature exceeds 120oC.
QX7136 has an undervoltage protection function.
QX7136 comes with a soft-start function, which can prevent LED brightness flicker at the moment the chip powers on.
QX7136 adopts the SOT-89-5 package form.
