QX7137
QX7137 is an ultra-low quiescent current, low dropout LED constant current driver.
QX7137 only requires an external resistor and an NMOS transistor to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit, and the output current can be adjusted by adjusting this external resistor; the adjustable range of the output current is 100mA
to 3.0A.
QX7137 features extremely low quiescent power consumption, making it particularly suitable for handheld LED lighting driver applications.
QX7137 has a built-in enable control circuit, which can control the LED's on/off state by applying an external enable signal to the EN pin. When EN is high, the DRV pin output is high; when EN is low, the DRV output is low; the EN pin must not be left floating.
QX7137 adopts the SOT-23-5 package form.
