QX5252
The QX5252 is a dedicated integrated circuit designed for solar-powered LED lawn lights.
The QX5252 only requires one external inductor to form a solar lighting device.
The QX5252 consists of a switching drive circuit, a light-controlled switch circuit, an over-discharge protection circuit, and an internally integrated Schottky diode.
The QX5252 uses patented technology to eliminate LED flickering during undervoltage shutdown.
The QX5252 operating voltage is 0.9V to 1.5V, suitable for single AA battery or single NiMH battery power supply.
The QX5252 uses a TO-94 package and does not require external photoresistors or ordinary resistors.
