QX5253
The QX5253 is a dedicated integrated circuit designed for solar-powered LED lawn lights.
The QX5253 consists of a switching drive circuit, a light-controlled switch circuit, an over-discharge protection circuit, and an internally integrated Schottky diode, among other circuits.
The QX5253 only requires one external inductor to form a solar lighting device.
The QX5253 uses patented technology to eliminate LED flickering during undervoltage shutdown.
The QX5253 operating voltage is 1.8V to 3.0V, suitable for two AA batteries or two NiMH batteries.
The QX5253 has a built-in switch on the LED pin, which allows for complete disconnection of the path from the battery through the inductor to the LED when the system is switched off, thus avoiding direct leakage current when the battery voltage is high.
The QX5253 uses a DIP8 package.
