The SP1239EF is a synchronous step-down regulator with an output current of up to 3.4A. It is designed to operate over a wide input voltage range of 8V to 30V. Internal compensation requires a minimal number of readily available standard external components.
The SP1239EF operates in either CC (constant output current) mode or CV (constant output voltage) mode, with the OCP current value set by a current sensing power resistor.
The SP1239EF is suitable for DC/DC switching power supply applications when a current limiting function is required. These devices come in an ESOP-8L package and require very few external components for operation.Features
