The SP1236FH is a synchronous step-down regulator with an output current of up to 3.1A. It is designed to operate over a wide input voltage range of 8V to 40V. Internal compensation requires a minimal number of readily available standard external components.
The SP1236FH operates in either CC (constant output current) mode or CV (constant output voltage) mode, with the OCP current value set by a current sensing power resistor or a setting non-power resistor.
The SP1236FH is suitable for DC/DC switching power supply applications when a requested current limiting function is required. These devices come in an SOP-8L package and require minimal external components for operation.Features
