TP83 series
The TP83 series chips are static current extremely low VFM switching DC/DC boost converters manufactured using CMOS process. The chip consists of an oscillator, VFM mode control circuit, Lx switch drive transistor, reference voltage unit, error comparator amplifier, voltage sampling resistor and VLX limiting circuit. The TP83 series boost converter uses variable frequency, therefore, compared with similar products at home and abroad, it has lower ripple, stronger drive capability, higher efficiency and other characteristics. Only three components (one inductor, one capacitor and one diode) are needed for external connection during application. The minimum input voltage is 0.8V, and the output voltage can be adjusted to 3V-6V according to requirements.
