The SP5519F is a highly efficient, boost-type LED backlight driver DC/DC control circuit. Designed using a special high-voltage process, the circuit can operate stably and reliably under 12V and 24V input voltage. The circuit uses a fixed off-time control mode, where the off-time is precisely adjusted via an external resistor. This flexible off-time setting greatly expands the application range of the SP5519F. The circuit utilizes a compensation capacitor for soft start, reducing the impact of inrush current on the output. A high-precision 0.26V internal reference voltage significantly improves the LED constant current accuracy, and the LED current is precisely set via an external resistor.
The SP5519F provides comprehensive protection functions, including undervoltage lockout (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle power tube overcurrent protection (OCP), and overtemperature protection (OTP).
