KP127XFN series
KP127XFN Buck type high power factor LED constant current power switch KP127XFN is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip adopts a quasi-resonant working mode, and with active power factor correction control technology, it can meet the performance requirements of high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP127XFN integrates a high-voltage 600V/650V power MOSFET and a high-voltage power supply circuit, simplifying system design and reducing production costs. At the same time, the chip is optimized for surge resistance and can withstand a 4kV surge level at the optimal cost. Through a unique constant current control algorithm, the chip can achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load adjustment rate are excellent.
