KP126XFC series
KP126XFC Buck type high power factor LED constant current power switch KP126XFC is a highly integrated constant current LED power switch. The chip adopts a quasi-resonant working mode, and with active power factor correction control technology, it can meet the performance requirements of high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP126XFC integrates a high-voltage 500V power MOSFET, a 600V ultra-fast recovery diode, an 800V rectifier bridge, and a high-voltage power supply circuit, simplifying system design and production costs. Through a unique constant current control algorithm, the chip can achieve high-precision constant current output, and the output line voltage and load adjustment rate are excellent. KP126XFC integrates complete protection functions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, such as: cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), output over-voltage protection (OVP), LED open and short circuit protection, etc.
