KP85211
KP85211 225V, 1A/1.5A, Half-bridge gate driver KP85211 is a 225V withstand voltage half-bridge gate driver with a 1A source current and 1.5A sink current capability, specifically designed for driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs. KP85211 adopts Biwin's high-voltage device process technology, featuring good current output and excellent transient interference resistance. It ensures normal system operation even under -7V transient conditions at the switching node VS. It supports a dV/dt change of up to 50V/ns at the switching node VS. KP85211 has comprehensive protection functions, including: output remains low when the input is floating or the input pulse width is insufficient; built-in interlock and dead-time protection functions to prevent simultaneous opening of high and low-side drives; and high-side and low-side UVLO protection, ensuring strong system reliability.
