KP8530X 650V, 300mA/600mA, Half-bridge gate driver with integrated bootstrap diode The KP8530X is a 650V half-bridge gate driver with an integrated bootstrap diode, featuring a 0.3A source current and a 0.6A sink current capability. It is specifically designed for driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs. The KP8530X utilizes Biwin's high-voltage device process technology, offering excellent current output and outstanding transient interference immunity. The KP8530X ensures normal system operation even under conditions of -5V input logic pin and -7V transient switch node VS. The KP8530X supports a dv/dt change of up to 50V/ns. The KP8530X has comprehensive protection features, including: output remains low when the input is floating or the input pulse width is insufficient. The KP8530X incorporates interlock and dead-time protection functions to prevent simultaneous high-side and low-side drive activation, and also features high-side and low-side UVLO protection, ensuring strong system reliability.
