KP40613
KP40613 High-frequency, high-performance, CCM synchronous rectifier switch KP40613 is a high-frequency, high-performance, CCM synchronous rectifier switch that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes in GaN systems to improve system efficiency. KP40613 has a built-in high-voltage VDD power supply module, which can operate stably without auxiliary winding power supply. The system supports High Side and Low Side configurations, balancing system performance and cost. The fast turn-off function of KP40613 can help power devices achieve lower voltage stress and support discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR), and continuous conduction mode (CCM). It has a built-in intelligent turn-on detection function that can effectively prevent the synchronous rectifier switch from being mistakenly turned on due to parasitic parameter oscillations in the flyback circuit.
