KP4061X series
KP4061X High-frequency, high-performance, CCM synchronous rectifier switch KP4061X is a high-frequency, high-performance, CCM synchronous rectifier switch that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes in GaN systems to improve system efficiency. KP4061X has a built-in VDD high-voltage power supply module, which can operate stably without auxiliary winding power supply. The system supports High Side and Low Side configurations, balancing system performance and cost. The fast turn-off function of KP4061X can help power devices achieve lower voltage stress and support discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR), and continuous conduction mode (CCM). It has a built-in intelligent turn-on detection function that can effectively prevent the synchronous rectifier switch from being mistakenly turned on due to parasitic parameter oscillations in the flyback circuit.
