KP4056X series
KP4056X High-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier switch with fast turn-off function The KP4056X is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier power switch that can replace Schottky rectifier diodes to improve system efficiency. The KP4056X supports High Side and Low Side configurations and has a built-in high-voltage VDD power supply module, eliminating the need for auxiliary winding power supply and reducing system costs. The KP4056X has a fast turn-off function and supports discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR), and continuous conduction mode (CCM). The KP4056X integrates an intelligent turn-on detection function, which can effectively prevent SR mis-turn-on caused by Vds oscillation in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM).
