KP4126XC
KP4126XC Intelligent Turn-on Detection, High-Reliability Synchronous Rectifier Switch KP4126XC is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectifier power switch with a fast turn-off function. It can replace Schottky rectifier diodes to improve system efficiency. KP4126XC has a built-in VDD high-voltage power supply module. It can operate stably without auxiliary winding power supply and supports High Side and Low Side configurations on the system, balancing system performance and cost. The fast turn-off function of KP4126XC helps power devices achieve lower voltage stress and supports discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant mode (QR), and continuous conduction mode (CCM). It has a built-in intelligent turn-on detection function that effectively prevents the synchronous rectifier switch from being mistakenly turned on due to parasitic parameter oscillations in the flyback circuit.
