KP41340
KP41340 Low-cost, high-performance synchronous rectifier power switch KP41340 is a low-cost, high-performance synchronous rectifier power switch designed to replace the secondary Schottky diode in flyback converters. It integrates an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. KP41340 supports Low Side configuration and uses direct output power supply, eliminating the need for auxiliary winding power supply and VDD capacitor, simplifying the peripheral circuit and reducing system cost. KP41340 supports discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant mode (QR). KP41340 integrates an intelligent turn-on detection function to effectively prevent the erroneous turn-on of the synchronous rectifier switch caused by parasitic parameter oscillations in the flyback circuit.
