KP41240
KP41240 High-performance, secondary-side synchronous rectifier power switch The KP41240 is a high-performance synchronous rectifier power switch designed to replace the secondary-side Schottky diode in flyback converters. It integrates an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. The KP4124X supports High Side and Low Side configurations, and also supports Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) and Quasi-Resonant Mode (QR). The KP4124X integrates a high-voltage VDD power supply module, eliminating the need for a VDD auxiliary winding, thus reducing system cost. For 5V systems with a Low Side configuration, the VDD can be powered directly from the output positive terminal, eliminating the need for a VDD capacitor and saving cost. The KP41240 integrates VDD undervoltage protection and VDD voltage clamping functions.
