It is a synchronous step-down regulator with an output current of up to 3.4A.
The SP1237F is a synchronous step-down regulator with a 2.4A output current. It is designed to operate over a wide input voltage range of 8V to 30V. Internal compensation requires a minimal number of readily available standard external components.
The SP1237F operates in CV (constant voltage) mode, and the OCP current value is set by the current sensing power resistor.
The SP1237F is suitable for DC/DC switching power supply applications when a current limiting function is required. These devices come in an SOP-8L package and require minimal external components for operation.Features
