KP311B
KP311B High-performance, low-cost offline PWM control power switch KP311B is a non-isolated, highly integrated and low-cost PWM power switch suitable for buck and boost circuits. KP311B adopts a high-voltage single-wafer process, integrating a 500V high-voltage MOSFET and a controller using switch-peak current mode control on the same wafer. It guarantees a high-precision 5V default output across the full voltage input range. Internally, the minimum Toff time is fixed at 20μs and includes a frequency dithering function, optimizing EMI effects while ensuring output power. Simultaneously, the chip is designed with light and heavy load modes, easily achieving standby power consumption below 50mW. KP311B integrates complete protection functions: VDD undervoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, abnormal overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, overload protection, and short-circuit protection.
