Chip Description
The EG2153 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver that integrates a high-voltage half-bridge drive circuit and an oscillator, forming a multifunctional and safer power drive chip. The CT pin has a protective shutdown function; a voltage signal can be used to stop the driver's output. When the VDD power supply is below the turn-on voltage, the output is low; when it exceeds the turn-on threshold, the driver will oscillate at a stable frequency.
